Serpentine

Serpentine is the language of the Vishkanya.

Serpentine is rarely heard outside of Motu, as many Vishkanya see their language as sacred and do not believe that strangers are worthy of knowing their language.

There is a written form of Serpentine that can sometimes be found in abandoned Vishkanya settlements, however Vishkanya are very protective of their language and rarely leave artifacts behind.

Serpentine is not a language that can be understood using knowledge of a similar language and a Linguistics check.  Vishkanya characters are able to add Serpentine as a starting language. Characters of other races are unable to learn Vishkanya unless specifically taught by a Vishkanya.
