Re: Disturbing trends   To all parties,   Latest data is looking very troubling. PNDV-1 is spreading in poorer, lower income communities due to the inability to properly implement social distancing and lack of access to medical treatments. The lack of vaccine for this virus is also contributing.   We have received reports of a small county in the southeast part of the continent that may require quarantining. 10% of the population is showing signs of the virus. We have sent a team of researchers to the area to see if we can get samples of the virus and measure viral loads. This could help us in the creation of a vaccine.   We are recommending beginning a quarantine protocol for the county Prestone. We are also asking for assistance in investigating reports that the virus is being detected in water supplies. More specifically, in reclaimed water and water that has been run through treatment plants. If this proves to be true, we may have a significant risk on our hands.   Gopal Padhi
