Formation of the High Spirit Council

Founding

The Sun Spirit decides enough has been enough.

Following the chaos of the Lawless Cycle, the Sun Spirit came up with certain Laws that all High Spirits had to obey, in order to better balance the world physically and spiritually. It took a lot of cajoling, threats, and promises, but he managed to get all the High Spirits to agree to this new system of order. And thus the Council of the High Spirits was formed, with the Sun Spirit at its head after the others refused to be in charge themselves.   At this time, the Sun Spirit became more conscious of the physical world and the creatures that inhabited it. He became especially aware of the human tribes' rivalry with the no-heartbeat creatures. And when the humans came to him begging for his help, he saw the opportunity for the physical and spiritual worlds to be bound closer than ever before--but through Law, not randomness--and returned contact. The Season Treaty was then negotiated, and the Lawless Cycle came to an offical end.
