Red Mushrooms and Beans

  Ladel or stirring utensil
Knife or sharp tool
Pot or large pan
  Two handful of any presoaked beans
Three handful of any mushrooms
Five tomatoes
  Dice all the tomatoes and put them in your preheated pot.
Next drain and add your presoaked beans.
Now slice your mushrooms and add them to the pot.
For the best flavour boil or simmer off the water from the tomatoes.
Let the dish simmer until the desired consistency of your beans.
  The beans should be soaked in water for at least 12 hours before used in the dish.
Any salt and pepper added will improve the dishes flavour greatly.

Soft Potatoes and Spring Vegetables

  Spoon or stirring utensil
Knife or sharp tool
Cup
Pan
Pot
  Small bundle of spring onions
Five normal sized potatoes
One normal sized onion
Other spring vegetables
  Add five cups of clean water to your pot and heat it.
Dice all the potatoes and put them into your pot, add more water if needed until they are covered.
Slice your spring onions finely and put them to the side.
Slice your onion and other spring vegetables and fry them on your pan.
When your vegetables are slightly browned add your boiled potatoes.
Continue to fry your vegetables until they are all cooked to your liking.
Lastly sprinkle your spring onions before serving.
  Your potatoes should be peeled and everything rinsed before added to your dish.
Any salt and pepper added will improve the dishes flavour greatly.
