The Carinae drive core implodes.
The Carinae makes it to the edge of QZ, to star system 1315 in Charlie sector, but immediately implodes, taking with it half the equipment and all four engineers present at the time, leaving only the two off-watch alive. The Carinae begins to limp towards a nearby planet.
