Terminus Station Security Report: Altercation between Lee Alistaire and Évariste Prentiss

[...] One of Alistaire's assailants has been identified as MR ÉVARISTE PRENTISS, personal assistant of BAAL BUL, General of the Second Battalion on HEL, Alistaire's planet of origin. Alistaire claimed not to know her other assailant, but a bystander (VERA GULL) claimed that Alistaire called them ANTIGONE. Given the association with Prentiss, I suspect this to be the assassin allegedly involved with the Helish royal family [...]   [...] Prentiss claimed to have been provoked, stating that Alistaire picked his pocket. When Alistaire was searched, she was found to be in possession of several wallets, none of which were her own or Prentiss'. Alistaire's defence -- that she had been given those wallets freely -- was backed up by those owners who could be tracked down; I have yet to work out how on earth she conned those poor bastards so well. [...]   [...] Crawster denies any association with Alistaire, despite taking a hit on Alistaire's behalf and Alistaire clearly knowing her name prior to any formal introduction. Alistaire responded to these observations by producing Crawster's wallet, which was not among those found when she was searched an hour earlier. This marked her first and only admission to any sort of pickpocketing; Crawster declined to press charges. [...]
