Chicago Factory
group was formed after the Avatar Storm to keep an eye on mages within the Midwest knowing mage communications were fractured. normally the group travels around the plains to hunt mages, rogue vampires and werewolf packs. They set up their main base in the city along the Chicago River (Fullerton & Elston) next to Grainger Industrial Supplies for easy access for supplies.
After the return of magic to the world they were given orders to act quickly and either capture or kill as many new mages as possible. They have been watching the Midwest Council for some years now with knowledge of their two main bases within the Shed and Library. However due to portal travel they have not been able to detect an exact location. They have been able to tract down most of the council and apprentices with their locations and general abilities, with mainly Isabell and Tsuki remaining unknown.
After observing Toadcon they got sights on the new mages in the city, with the appearance of the spirit they drew back. Once the Union was informed of this event they were given the order to act quickly and bring them the mages dead or alive. Gramps argued that the time was not right as they weren't aware of their locations and had limited information on them, instead they were told it was an order.
