The memories of one person (typically the spellcaster) are thrown into the minds of all around them in a sudden burst. This is the most crude version of this spell, usually done by accident by an unexperienced spellcaster in a moment of great stress.A Two-Way Link

The rush of memories is so sudden that it causes the linkees to freeze for a few seconds. After the initial shock, a migrane isn't uncommon.
If the spellcaster is unexperienced, it is very common for them to accidently combine this spell with a Mind Link or Soul Link.

Manifestation
Two or more people will suddenly freeze. Unless someone is under the spell, it can't be seen any other way.

The source of power is Chaos Energy, though the Master Emerald must deem the spellcaster worthy of being a Linker. If someone has been chosen to be a Linker, they can't use Chaos Energy in any other way.
