Qualifications
Whoever is the mightiest of the orcs can attempt to hold this position by overthrowing one of the current chosen. Most people who attempt this overthrow, however, are orcs who have been "visited" by the orc god Gruumsh.
Duties
Oversight of military training and tactics, general overview of the country. Ruling of the iron mines.
Benefits
Anything desired that can be acquired within the country of Olbolkol
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Most of The Chosen are overthrown when they are no longer strong enough to defend off an attack.
