A confederacy of nations who broke away from the Rosaven Dominion, this political alliance seeks to maintain independence from the ever present threat of the Dominion's military. Highridge is the chairman of the Confederacy, and their historical struggles for independence means the people of Highridge have a great interest in keeping the Confederacy alive.
