Yuan-ti

The anatomy of the Yuan-ti is strange since several different types, that are to close to each to be called a separate species exist. Divided into 3 castes.

Abomination

Highest cast in Yuan-ti society, they are almost giant serpents. Safe for having a human torso, and some arms. They are completely covered in scales.

Malisons

The malisons are imperfect, yet more serpent that the Purebloods. They are as varied as humans with snakes for arms, to people completely covered in scales but no other snake features what so ever. For this reason, they are classed in different types, with roughly the same social standing.

3. human head and upper body, but serpentine lower boyd
4. Human with serpentine tails
5. Human covered in scales

Purebloods

The purebloods are almost indistinguishable from humans, though they often have either a snake tongue, eyes, fangs and/or small amount of scales somewhere on their body.

A few months after mating with another yuan-ti, the female (of any type) lays eggs. Which are stored in a common hatchery, after hatching each yuan-ti is moved to their appropriate caste.

Divided into clear castes, based on which type they are born as.

Various first names include: Manuya, Meztli, Hitotee, Otleth, Ssimalli, Itstli, Suisatal, Eztli, Sassha.

The shadow that governs the The Kingdom of Haemir

Females are often assigned to govern the religious aspects, whereas males hold political power.

Abyssal, Common.

Cold hearted as they are the sacrifice of lower species means nothing to them.

Presumably they took control of the Haemir around the time The Forbidden City closed of from the world. It's unclear where they came from.

They hold a deep grudge to the dragons and dragonborn. They see most other species as lower, worth no more than slaves.
