There is a Chigabha, who will inspect the tools and when something needs fixed, The Chigabha will inspect the fix or just give the Nefolion a new item.

History
Before the meltdown, during the Imirce, a group of Nefolion had learned that they could heat metal and , and started using that power to make tools. They made the first metal wand that they could use as a way to dierct thier magic.
