Known for being one of the most prestigious institutions in the world, it attracted only the brightest minds, those who passed an intensely rigorous entrance examination and demonstrated a remarkable drive for success. For years, Lumina was home to the elite—students known for their brilliance and ambition. The university boasted a proud legacy, marked by the fierce determination of its students and their commitment to excellence.   However, Lumina’s reputation took a severe hit after a string of disturbing incidents rocked the institution. The once proud school found itself embroiled in scandal and chaos after a series of tragic murders and mysterious disappearances of students and staff alike. The most notable of these was the shocking case of KYX, a top student whose dark secrets were uncovered. His eventual execution for his crimes shocked the world, and Lumina's once unassailable reputation quickly crumbled.   When the final nail was driven into the coffin, Lumina was forced to shut its doors for a period, leaving the entire educational world in shock. Many staff members and students left, seeking greener pastures at rival institutions—most notably Satsujin College, which quickly rose to prominence as the top educational institution after Lumina's fall.   As the dust settled, Lumina's leadership regrouped. They had been left with a shattered image, a damaged student body, and a campus stained by its troubled past. But the administrators were determined not to let this tragedy define the institution forever. Lumina was going to rise again.   In an attempt to rebuild, Lumina's administration sought ways to regain the trust of the public and potential students.
