Helios Logarth (a.k.a. The survivor)
Helios is an orphan that raised himself in the capital of the kingdom and he has lived a shady life in the slums all this time.
He is a man in his thirties looking plain and a bit older than his real age with grey hair and pale skin he has a bit of a sickly look to him as if suffering from malnutrition.

Personal history
As an orphan in the slums life was hard and emotions were shackles so Helios stole and lived off robbed goods even if his quick thinking allowed him to escape the guard, each day put a toll on his mind because of the stress.

He taught himself trough stolen books in the city and is now well educated.

He accomplished much in the way of taming as Giant Spiders are known to be almost untameable, he also a scholar and is gifted in magic.

His greatest failure is that he almost died during an ambush on his person and while he barely survived by killing his enemy he wasn't able to know the culprit behind the ambush and he kept an enormous scar over his torso as the ambusher was wielding a Zweihänder.

Due to his upbringing he is highly distrustful and his other life experiences only reinforced this feeling.
