Rogrof
Rogrof is a poor Illumian human who gave the Ministry of Illumé a tip about the illegal goods that Zharnon and Pherissa (Aerith's parents) were selling in Illumé. Rogrof was not necessarily looking for justice, he simply needed money to keep on surviving. One day, when visiting his usual tavern, he overheard a conversation of two drunkards. Knowing he might earn some money with this information, he decided to confirm this rumor himself by visiting the illegal goods shop. He then proceeded to inform the Ministry about it, insisting he should have a chat with the minister of Purity and Order. The Ministry aren't that involved with the extremely poor people such as Rogrof, which is why nothing happened for a while. When the news finally reached Kelos, the minister of Purity and Order, the tip was finally acted upon.
It is safe to say that Rogrof didn't belong to the extremely poor ones anymore after that.
