The day that Shistrin Ragdale signed the The Provincial Divide. This signing pushed Ragdale into the scene as a real country in Crismalia.

Shistrin Ragdale and his band of defectors from the country of Cridalia built their own town from scratch.   After turning their town into a major city, the new rulers made contact with The Overseer, and signed the The Provincial Divide. This turned them into a real country under the divide and established Ragdale successfully.   The signing also established Ragdale as a country that oversees the function of the Circle of the Provincial Lords
