Song Ryo
History
Song Ryo is named after its founder, a powerful mage and allegedly a decendant of Rafith. She forced other mages to follow her and gainted ccontrol over southern Tolget, bringing Talgren to fame as its capital. The country fell apart after her death.
Religion
The most important law was the reverence and patronage to shrines to Nerru - Saint of Arcana who in turn gave magicians of the nation an extra boost in power.
Foreign Relations
Southern Tolget, making its capital in Tolget. At the end of her life Song Ryu sought control of the broken isles.
