Kloffee

Kloffee is a high-caffeine drink that tastes of cloves. It is made from the bark of the Kloffee Bush, so named for it's similarity to Earth's coffee. Kloffee plants are one of the most common plants on Lore. Kloffee is found in large groves around the many oases scattered throughout the Badlands.  

Exporting Off-world

Kloffee is a popular export, though it is the plants that are exported at an extravegant price in the format of a franchise. This is due to the fast-growning nature of the bushes. Anyone who purchases kloffee bushes would likely have a nice grove from which they could expand their own kloffee exporting business.   The franchise business model allows the corporations of Lore to control the production and distribution of kloffee, and to continue to make money from the rapidly expanding producers.
