Founding of the Custodians of the Elven Vein

During the Fall of the Elves, the Custodians of the Elven Vein (Custodes Venae Elficae) was founded by a subset of the now rapidly dwindling elvish population, its goal; to protect and continue elvish bloodlines by any means possible. They utilize methods such as eugenic breeding programs among half elves and phrenology to determine qualities of the breeding stock, a methodology of questionable efficacy.
