Father Osmium, an Orc who delites in torturing his victims before devouring their flesh. He's took up post on the Island of Lamwares Wharf where he consumed or entrhalled the entire population.
He would turn into a massive flying monstrocity that would scoop unsuspecting people in the dead of night and drag them to his frozen sea cave.

Isaiah, King Fredericks brother, betrayer of the King and usurper of the throne. Isaiah thought joining in Lady Tatianas conquest he would ascend to the throne. Falling in love with her, Isaiah hopes to take her as Queen when the conquest of Oswary is over. She shares no interest, and intends to remove his bloodline from Oswary when the conquest is successful.

Lethia, devout follower of Orcus. Bald female human seeking power and lusting for more constantsly. Not a diplomatic, but a parasite that eats power and grows with each enemy she kills. Becoming a Vampire, she turned her necromantic prowess to work for Tatiana, creating such monstrosities like Ice-Work Bone Amalgamations, creating undead giants, calling forth minions of Orcus to sweep through the streets at night with no regard for children or elderly. The living are just her play things.

Issac, a strong devout follower of Orcus, a human in fine clothing made of blue silks and gold. A light shining in the darkness of Oswarian oppressors. Believes the undead can govern and live their own way. Creating the idea that the undead can do more than fight and redie over and over again. Perhaps offering a view of second life for the undead. Following Tatiana to Oswary was more of convience than anything, she offers undead servants and test subjects, he offeres brilliant strategy, diplomatics, and of course powerful spells.
Structure
The Lady, known as Tatiania is the leader of the house and prime vampire.
Beneath her are her four loyal servants and are able strategiest and warriors in their own rights. Considered equals amoung themselves, they all bow a knee to their fair Lady.
Beneath the four, are the entralled and subsequent familes that the four have started.
Albeit only two have started families of their own with directive from Lady Tatiana.
Public Agenda
Currently, Lady Tatiana has gained control over the Frozen Keep by charming the The Frozen King. With this influence Lady Tatiana placed each of her family members strategically within each of the four islands that extend past Oswary.
