The Unseen
The Shadow Council
The enigmatic and secretive group of Lislanders and Talthorians who originated on Lislow beside The Vindicators and are often seen as their direct rivals. Founded by Agni Fireleaf as The Shards were beginning to shift to being an open and friendly guild, they were loosely formed on Bryce's wandering journey to get better, as his companions would all found the Team with him years later.While they were greatly active during nearly all major conflicts during the Common Burning Era it was mostly on the sidelines and in the shadows, controlling and manipulating several outcomes before some even knew about the conflict. Sooner or later a great deal of their morally questionable (and several entirely illegal) actions came to light and they left the public eye entirely, content to make their moves away from snooping noses and anyone to actually question their actions.
Structure
Once upon a time the main group of Unseen was entirely inseparable, they operated and moved as a single group under their leader, but as their responsibilities grew, they had to branch out. Now years later they're more of an intelligence network than just an Adventuring Party so only the founding members of the Unseen and those in the Commander's personal Team hold rank and title, and they each oversee a small division of the Intelligence network across Lislow.
Culture
Again, almost the polar opposites to the Vindicators, the Unseen are a lot more relaxed, not just in personality, but in their team culture. Operating on a lot more laid-back and undisclipined principles, they're often scorned by the others, and it essentially led to their downfall in the public eye, but they always saw themselves as a sort of organized chaos and while morals and ethics were lax, their loyalty, bonds and fun with each other were strengthened because of the situations they found themselves constantly in.
Public Agenda
Publically the Unseen never had much of anything aside from a rather dark image in the public eye. At first, they were known as the less-Vindicators being the second team from the same Guild, and their reputation only grew more questionable as they took on a variety of quests, with seemingly little care for who it was, or what it was about. As long as it paid well or got them what they wanted, they would get it done.
