Aura Materialization
The Last Advacement
SoulBurning which is focused on making a person's BurningPool and the Ei'tarnium around them materialize for protective or offensive means was the last discovered School of Burning and is generally considered to be the most difficult. In hindsight, and by all knowledgeable accounts, it was technically always there and being used very subtly by the most proficient Burners and those who had amazing bonds with Ei'tarnium, but it wasn't outright discovered until well into the Common Burning Era by The Shards, specifically by Bryce Aleanth, in a fit of panic and rage. It was at first considered a side-effect of Bryce being a Lislander-Talthorian Hybrid, but with basic experimentation, it was immediately discovered anyone with a powerful enough connection and strong enough innate instinct could also material their BurningPool around them.
A Very Powerful Tool
The Ei'tarnium on a host and the SoulEnergy in one's BurningPool can be materialized and brought entirely into the physical plane of existence through sheer willpower and instinct, acting firstly like a protective bubble around them. Through experience and use this can be reduced to nearly a second skin for maximum protection and efficient use. Regardless, once materialized, a Burner's Aura is a handy tool and deadly weapon. It can act like an extension of the Burner themselves but does not require any type of guidance or the constant concentration other Schools do. It will instinctively react to the Burner, defending against incoming attacks, absorbing weaker SoulEnergy, boosting and Enhancing Burning, and many other things, all depending on the Burner themselves.
Endless, But Obvious Usage
There is no real drawback to materializing one's Aura, but in doing so it's essentially revealing one's power and general ability to another. This can be eased if the Burner is proficient enough to keep their Aura close, but this is difficult and requires extreme practice and intense control, most practitioners will be surrounded in an obvious cloak/bubble/whatever form their Aura personally takes. That being said one's Aura is tied deeply to the Burner and can be used in endless ways, limited only by the Burner's actual BurningPool, their proficiency in using it, and personal imaginative creativity.
Discovery
It was properly discovered by Bryce Aleanth, during his younger years. While going through @Talthorian
