Overview
Umeji Tatsuya 's little brother in the mob. He was four years older than Umeji but less experienced. So, he looked up to his kyodai and beat up anyone who dissed him. The two got along well, but Umeji never was comfortable with being served.

Personality

Arata was loyal, eager to please, and unafraid to fight. Though he wasn't hot-headed, just the opposite. He could stand in the path of any other mobster and stare them down. He never shouted or was in people's faces with threats. His calm, calculating manner left people uneasy. Among his vices were chain-smoking and heavy drinking.   

Views

His favorite things were Shouchuu, his fedora, blondes, and his pair of brass knuckles. He disliked loud voices and cheap smokes.
