Nakayama Arms Dealer
Tucked away in a nondescript white van parked above Kaneshon Alley in the Okubo Parking Lot, the Nakayama Arms Dealer has long been a whisper on the streets of Okubo. Locals and regulars know it as a low-profile but persistent weapons vendor that’s been around since at least 2018, operating in the shadow of Hidora Security's rise. While it still dabbles in basic weapons, getting access to actual firearms is a whole other matter, nearly impossible unless you’re a cop, thanks to Japan’s notoriously strict gun laws. Even then, the dealer isn’t exactly handing out rifles to just anyone.
Back in the day, the Tojo Clan used the spot as a reliable source for off-the-books gear. These days, it serves more like a hidden stash for whoever's bold enough , or connected enough, to find it. Customers range from shady underworld types to the occasional confused cosplayer who took a wrong turn after a late-night event.
Strangely, the police have also been seen entering or leaving the van on occasion. Whether they’re informants, buyers, or just leaning on the dealer for intel isn’t clear, and no one’s really in a rush to ask.
