Isezaki Ijincho (イセザキイジンチョ I-se-za-ki I-jin-cho)

Once a modest harbor, Yokohama grew into a vast, restless city whose streets pulse with history and hidden power. At its core lies Isezaki Ijincho, a district born from commerce and survival. In the aftermath of turbulent years, three factions emerged to shape its fate with the Chinese-founded Yokohama Liumang, the Korean Geomijul, and the Japanese Seiryu Clan. Together, they formed a fragile balance known as the Ijin Three, an uneasy alliance that kept the peace while cloaking the city’s darker truths.   By day, Ijincho glows with the color of markets and the scent of street food drifting through labyrinthine alleys. Students rush past fortune tellers, and shopkeepers call out under the shadows of aging tenements. But when night falls, the district changes. Neon bleeds into the rain-slicked pavement, and whispered deals unfold in the half-lit backstreets.   The Ijin Three’s influence runs through every corner, from the neon sprawl of Chinatown to the silent rooftops where the Geomijul watch unseen. Though their power wanes with time, their legacy remains: a city that thrives on tension and coexistence, its people caught between loyalty, ambition, and the dream of a Yokohama free from the ghosts of its own making.
