The Veloúdo Strató
While Lesbos is the most accepting of all the city states, it does not come without it’s problems. At the heart of the city is the Velvet Ward, home to the taverns, bordellos and shops of high quality, and while citizens know not to cause troubles with the people on this ward, there are outsiders who do not.
In these scenarios, the Veloúdo Strató pay troublemakers a visit. The Guards have learned to turn a blind eye to their acts of social justice.

History
A Year or two after the Velvet Ward was created, the first actions of the Veloúdo Strató began to make their appearances. Assaulters turning up broken, price gougers dropping their fees and wrongs righted. After a time, the actions of the Veloúdo Strató began to be excused or allowed. If someone admitted to being dealt with by the Veloúdo Strató, the question would more turn to “What did you do to make this happen?”
