Newhaven
Once upon a time, Newhaven was called The Cage. It was a place of slavery, where the Hobgoblin rulers laid down terrible rule upon their goblin lessers.
But after the Event, and some persuasion from the combined forces of Utopia, the Cage was deconstructed and turned into a New Haven. Thus, a new name was formed.
After understand the new reality, the Hobgoblins were allowed to remain and hold leadership. Thus have they continued to rule, weary of the rest of Utopia.
