New Shivaria
Founded only some a few years prior to the formation of the URU, the State was given it's name in tribute to the uniter of the Gith races, much to their embarassment.
While it was originally controlled by a Drow, Omarmym Hume, the state has since been relinquished to the majority populous, the Gith.
A Small amount of Hero Worship is given to the State and Cities name sake, idolising them under the name "Shivaria"
