Lolthton
Founded in 1489, by the first arrival of Shiva Nailo, 9th President of the URU. What started as a humble settlement, became a city that has seemingly bridged the gap between High Elves and Drow in the URU. While this relationship is by no means perfect, a unity has been formed and Drow are welcomed with open arms into this land, due in no small part to Lolthon and it's forces.
While a mayor resides over the powers of Lolthon, as do the Patricians and Senators, it is a wide held belief that Shiva still holds a great deal of sway and power over this land.
