Layru
In it's early days, Layru was a place to be feared as much as New Haven. Half Orc raiders would often come sailing forth from it and attacking civilians in or near it.
But after the near apocalyptic events of 1489, the denzins laid down arms and moved to help the land in whatever way they best could.
While the raiding tendancies of it's citizens hasn't fully gone away, the leaders try not to publicise it as much.
