Scene: Rebirth of VRPI

After the burning of the Crystal Spires and the consequences of the invasion of Xylos, VRPI is in tatters.

Verdan is gone, the towers are scarred and the company's purpose seems on a reckless drive towards oblivion.

And the doors to the towers are wide open. The planned scene would describe the head of security in a meeting with a mysterious new backer and the ways VRPI would be reinforcing their property, claiming new property through intense and purposeful trade, and the turn of currency assets into hard assets and how the New Backer would be leaning on the head of security for support. The reveal of VRPI's AI's survival would come through a line from above, with allusions to the AI's divinity. The New Backer will remain unmentioned, but there will be a promenant feature revealed so that when the reappear in the overall narative they are recognised.
