Treaty of Toffin

The Treaty of Toffin was an international pact signed between the various nations of the Stone Shore, the Kingdom of Sarala, the Alstiseriaic of Athe, and the Federal Geniocracy of Ithelmark to prevent travel to the wild and desolate lands to the northeast of their borders. Created following the failed Second Divine March that resulted in the disappearance of a large army that had ventured into the northeastern lands in pursuit of the aberati, the treaty aimed to safeguard people from harm and preventing the further provocation of the remaining aberati of the region. The initial intent was to organise a new expedition a few years later so that the world could learn of the dangers that lie in the region, but the incursion kept getting postponed until the plan was forgotten entirely.
