Philara
Philara was once a nation in Exokkos that was subsumed by the Kratiran Empire in the late 4th century NE. Before its conquest, the kingdom had been a long-standing cordial neighbour to the empire. Unfortunately the Zakridan War earlier in the century had caused fear among the Philaran royals that they would soon be next.
