Larcian Empire

The Empire of Larc.

Structure

The Empire of Larc functions on a type of feudal system. At its head is the Emperor or Empress and controls the Imperial Larc Army. Beneath her are the various Dukes who each control one or more Duchies within Larc. The Empress technically has control over the dukes but is lax to use such power as excessive use will cause unrest among the nobility. Each duke monitors his or her own standing army to defend their lands from both outside threats and the machinations of other dukes. It is not unknown for one duke to war against another.

Public Agenda

Larcs goal is the reunification of Talan. Particularly the Talan subcontinent. They will use whatever means necessary whether political, social or miltary.

Assets

Larc is arguably the wealthiest nation on Talan. With an abundance of mines, farmlands and a staggeringly powerful military when it can be fully brought to bear they are not a nation to be trifled with.
