Silunsei's Manifesto

Silunsei's Manifesto was a manifesto that outlined the beliefs and purpose of Silver's Claw, the rebel organization responsible for the eventual overthrow of the Queendom of Leland. Though authorship is credited to the mysterious leader of the organization, the fact that Silunsei's true identity and even existence has not been confirmed by historians means the true author's name is lost to time.   When the manifesto was written is unclear, but it was made public during Silver's Claw's first claimed attack on the Queendom in 706. A prisoner ship making its way to Harmonil docked at Sudlan Bay Trading Post was cleared of its cargo and set ablaze by rebel agents. When the ship exploded shortly after the entire area was blanketed in copies of Silunsei's Manifesto. After the spectacle, the Crown was forced to acknowledge the existence of a concerted rebel threat. Word of the attack would spread quickly, as would the manifesto itself. It became a calling card of sorts, appearing in large numbers following attacks across Leland. Anyone found in posession of the manifesto was arrested.   The primary idea outlined by the manifesto was that imperants were a threat to the lives of non-imperants and should be removed from power by force. This was taken one step further by advocating for removing the tongue of every imperant, preventing the use of Persuasion entirely. This applied to all members of the Golden Noble Houses as well as the few imprerants among the common classes.   Original copies of the manifesto can be found in museums around Leland.
