Lek'Vesteron

While this world once had a much different name. Now Lek'Vesteron is the only one now by which it is known. Lek'Vesteron... The Broken Realm.   And it's name really is it's best descriptor. The edges of any world map inevitably end in a broken cliff. The planet itself literally broken, torn almost apart, it is said by the very God who created it.   It is said once that before Lek'Vesteron was broken the world was advanced beyond fathoming. Cities of shining metal dotted the horizon, magic and machines worked together and even the hardest of physical labor could be done by the people that that magic and science had made... But the foolish mortals tampered too much. In making a false approximation of life with their petty mortal magic and science they angered the Gods. The Worldbreaker came, he who had once formed the world itself started the apocalypse he was always prophesied to cause. His rage only lasted for a day before the other Gods were able to calm his wrath... but the damage was done.   Few inhabitants who lives on the world before The Loss were able to seek shelter, and the ones who did were changed. Their shining cities were gone leaving only few ruins. Their technology and science nearly forgotten in the panic, races- entire cultures eliminated. Now the world attempts to move forward with only remnants of it's once high society.... now only broken ruins.
