Exploits of the Champion of the Light Carsolis

The Extirpated the Cult of Shadowed Fire, and the entrapment of the Dark Priestess Yarrix     The Champion of the Light Carsolis received a vision from her goddess and started out on the quest to bring the light and cleansing fire to the darkest corners and Extirpate the subverting and unholy Cult of Shadowed Fire and its Dark High Priestess Yarrix.

The rainbow doves sent by Sarenrae to led the Champion across Avistan and on the way he recruited a motley band of heroes willing to join under the banner of the Dawnflower.

Carsolis and her allies confronted the evil high priestess Yarrix in the depths of the Emerald Spire hidden and forgotten deep in the Echo Woods. Within the depths of the Spire Yarrix had surrendered her mind and body to a Cyclopean Entities that resides in the cold darkness between the stars. The entity was at this time referred to as the @star"Star Worm with Three Tongues" when translated from the original Aklo.   More on that can be found in the archives of University of Lepidstadt in Ustalev. Especially in the following volumes.

The Dark Priestess had used her own womb to give birth to the monstrous mutated amalgamations of the element of fire and her own perversion as a blasphemous mockery of the righteous holy cleansing flame of the Dawnflower.   Carsolis defeated Yarrix and her vile elemental cult, but even in the hour of her downfall rather than accept defeat and the promise of absolution by repenting her evil dark ways the priestess issued a dire prophecy: at a certain alignment of the stars, she would ascend into a realm of baleful horrors, and her soul would rule a new breed of elemental demons that would darken Golarion and swallow the sun and snuff out the light and flame. And finally cover the whole realm in darkness and ice making Golarion a desolate and barren place.   Disturbed by this revelation, Carsolis entombed Yarrix in a vault of curved space and distorted geometries, hoping to prevent her soul from ever reaching the dark planes between the stars.   Until her final days Coralis kept a watchful eye on the tomb that kept Yarrix's body imprisoned, and out of reach of any surviving disciples. Her efforts proved effective, he conjunction passed. And with that Yarrix final prophecy became lost in the annals of time, most fitting that the last record of this unholy Cult would be a testament at the final betrayal of their fickle and unworthy god.
