The Strongest Son
The second born among his six siblings, and holder of a much greater share of his father's power. His form was that of silver metal, and blue fire. Like his elder brother, he watched as his siblings were crafted. Of all his siblings, the one he loved most dear was his sister. Her gentle nature contrasted, yet blended perfectly with his strength. When they received their tasking from their father, he and his younger sister were among the first to act. His task was to temper the land, and shield the lesser beings from inclement weather, and other natural dangers, dangers which Ymerah had crafted to keep the world stable. An intricate task to be sure.
For a time, he, and all six of his siblings served the desired purpose with little question. However, his elder brother grew tired of serving the needs of lesser beings. In his mind, the protection they offered the lesser beings was its own form of servitude. He argued that since they were stronger, they should not serve, but be served.
A Vengeful Force
With all six of his siblings, he presented himself to what he and his siblings called the "Mortals." They demanded the mortals bend the knee and serve them. The mortals refused, claiming Ymerah, their creator was greater, and therefore more worthy of their servitude. The Aeturan were taken aback by this, the second son more than any. The eldest was forced to restrain him for the moments it took to explain the next step of his next plan. They would instead destroy these mortals, and claim this world as their own. He explained how they couldn't destroy these mortals directly, as doing so threatened to destroy the world itself as well. They needed to be much more precise about their destruction. The eldest demonstrated with his own dark influence and sin, a sin named Pride, and that was the name his elder brother took for himself.
The second son took this pride, and took it one step further. This universal self-importance and righteousness would create anger between the mortals. He would give the mortals a desire to turn their anger towards each other, and lash out. This sin was named Wrath. And this is the name he took from himself. The sin which he crafted served as the basis of all the death, and destruction, which once was stranger to his world. His younger siblings soon followed.
Like with all seven of the Aeturan, his power only grew as the mortals gave in to his sinful influence, and just like his siblings, his perfect form which Ymerah had made them in melted away, and was warped into something else. Wrath's once perfect silver metal skin was turned black, and was warped into what appeared to be a jagged suit of armor. And his blue flames turned sickly green. This was the form that many of his siblings took. They embraced their new forms, and the new power they held. In doing so, they rejected their old power, and it was returned to their father.
As Ymerah's power was returned to him, he felt a great disturbance in the world he and his children crafted. When he saw the destruction that covered his children's world, and the vile forms they now took, he knew exactly what had happened. Before Ymerah could ask his children why they had done this, it was Wrath that lashed out at Ymerah first. And he was the first to get banished from the first realm, into the next one. Into the next void.
A New World
His seven siblings were soon banished into the same void in which he now resides. His elder brother, Pride suggested he, and his six siblings work together to forge yet another world. A world greater than that in the previous realm, and free of the mortal filth that plagued their previous world. Just like on the first world, once Pride created the core, and surface of the new world, Wrath pulled mountains from the surface, which would serve as vessels for his sister's, (now named Lust) new creations. Many of these mountains were filled with a magma that closely resembled his previous form. It was silver, with streaks of blue.
Once their new world was complete, they would again leave it to allow it to flourish. It was during this time that his love for his sister devolved into something darker. I love that was not truly any sort of love, but was much closer to hate. A sinful intimacy was shared between the two, and they brought forth a dark spawn. The child of Wrath and Lust took the form of a dark flaming world. It only grew in power as it lashed out at all seven Aeturan. Ultimately, they were able to banish the thing, but they knew it would one day return to destroy what they had created.
He and his siblings returned to their new world to see it infested with the same mortals which infested the Old World, as the mortals now called it. These same mortals now infested their new world and named it "Eternity". A disgusting name in Wrath's mind. Almost as disgusting as the mortals that defile the soil, and now infest his mountains. He, and his siblings all confronted their father on this. Their father told them how the sin they had planted ultimately destroyed the Old World, and how he was forced to move them off the Old World, and onto the only other world in existence, being this new world which they had crafted.
The Aeturan could not directly wipe the mortals off their world, even in as few numbers as they were. There were two reasons for this. To do so would damage, or even destroy their world. And, Ymerah has laid his hand on the mortals, preventing any direct action. However, because this world is the Aeturan's and theirs alone, they could still indirectly interact with the mortals. However, so too could Ymerah. Wrath crafted a mass of sinful beings which he named the Orcs. They would be his army, and he would use them to contain the mortals as he, and all his siblings chose champions among the mortals. THe Aeturan would indirectly contact many mortals, and offer their dark power from afar. Those who doom themselves for this power would become the Aeturan's champions, and would become the Aeturan's weapons against the mortals.
This method of spreading sin, and destroying the mortals would prove to be much more precise than the broad strokes that destroyed the Old World. However, it was met with orders of divine warriors that wielded Ymerah's power, as well as that of some lesser divinities, with whom the Aeturan were unfamiliar with. It is this opposition between the infernal force of the Aeturan, and Ymerah's divine light that sparked what was, and always will be known as the War of the Aeturan.
