The Hardest Worker
Like all his five elder siblings, he was crafted by his father, Ymerah. Like all his five elder siblings, he watched Ymerah craft his younger brother. Like all his siblings, he was crafted with a purpose. Ymerah turned their gaze unto the world he has crafted, and the lesser beings which call it home. He explained that they are his children just as much as the Aeturan. He explained that these lesser beings are more vulnerable than the Aeturan, and require their protection.
For a time, he and his siblings carried out their task as their father asked them. However, unrest grew within his heart. He felt incomplete in his duties, and desired something more, but dared not rebel himself. He was the first to support his eldest brother in his views regarding their status quo. He stood with his brother in his views that the protection they offered to the lesser things was its own form of servitude, and that they should instead be the ones served.
Magus of Indolence
He stood with all his siblings when they demanded the mortals' servitude, and was rejected by them. He heard them as they said Ymerah was greater, and therefore more worthy of praise and service. He saw their point, and realized his mistake. Where his siblings lashed out against, and ultimately corrupted the mortals, he stood idly by, refusing any further involvement. Still, he watched. He watched as his siblings created their "Sins". He watched his eldest brother craft his Pride, then Wrath, then Greed, Lust, and Gluttony. He watched these sins corrupt the world, but offered no intervention, for, or against. He cared not for the world, as he saw it beyond repair, and simply not worth any further effort. He simply refused. Ironically, it was in fact his inaction that further corrupted the world. In refusing to aid his siblings, and choosing inaction instead, he created his sin. It is his commitment to his sin which sowed it unto his world. Just like all other sins before his, it caused great destruction, and corrupted his world.
Many of the mortals simply ceased all manner of productivity. They ceased learning, ceased exploring, ceased building. Many cities and civilizations fell to ruin. Fathers left their families, and fighters would let down their arms, and became vulnerable. Despite this great change in the Mortals, Sloth failed to notice, as he had already abandoned his world. Eventually, the father of the Aeturan, Ymerah would return to see the destruction Sloth and his siblings had caused. As he attempted to inquire as to why his children had done this, six of the seven Aeturan lashed out and attacked Ymerah. All six of them were banished to the next void of a realm. As Wrath was cast out, he grabbed Sloth, and dragged him into the next realm with him.
A New World
In this new void of a realm, the Aeturan Wrath and Sloth were first wrapped in brutal combat. Wrath enraged by Sloth's weakness and inaction, Sloth over Wrath dragging him into this realm against his will. The battle was short, as Wrath's strength outweighed that of Sloth by a hundred fold. Sloth was sent into a catatonic state, and was unable to contribute to the crafting of the New World, not that he would have. All six of his siblings would craft the new world without the aid of their brother Sloth. It is in the Catatonic state which Sloth would remain. Unable to dispose of him, his younger sibling, Envy would craft for him a throne which he could sit, and maybe one day, his consciousness would return, though his body is now incapable of function, and his power is drained.
