Interests
The Interests are expansion organizations belonging to The Houses of the Federacy.
Settlements are primarily populace locations which have been settled with the goal of becoming a colony or an outpost
Outposts: specialized locations which will never qualify for Colony status but still have a significant role to play according to Federacy policy (mining, industrial, agricultural, administrative, military, etc...)
Colonies: have reached population of 1 million or more and are self-sustaining.
