FIELD - Federacy Investigative Exotic Logistics Division
F.I.E.L.D. is a Federacy Special Investigative Unit which may or may not exist. It's main focus is detecting, and preparing counter-measures for, the Xin. It does this by a number of means, but has a special interest in Precursor Artifacts. Most believe that it's something of a hoax, inaccurate accountings of the Xav Contingent, or a combination of the two.
The wildest rumor concerning them is an incredibly powerful cloaked space armada backing a force of Super Psions. If FIELD does exist, it would likely be under the supervision of the Riftside Affairs Division.
