Federacy Administrative District

FADs (because the Federacy loves acronyms) are any location which fall directly under Federacy Administration. They are usually clearly marked (with the rarity of those locations requiring a Special Administration or Special Operation status). FADs are the manifestation of the Federacy politic. On most established Federacy member worlds, the Federacy doesn't have much outside of an FAD, unless on official Federacy business. Otherwise, Federacy Administrators are very similar to sheriffs in a frontier town.    Every location of more than 10,000 persons has a FAD consisting of at least one, and usually two, Triumes. One of these will always be Administrative, the others will vary according to the location.   FADs are always either T2 if on a world of T1 or lower, or T3 if on a T2 or T3 world. Accessing these resources would typically require that the requestor be on official Federacy business. The smallest of FAD outposts will have Administrative, Medical, and Security centers. In remote locations, FADs will also include Maintenance and Research/Library centers.   These areas are all considered Federacy Embassy status when they are not on Federacy Indigenous locations.
