Atlantean Construct

"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." - Arthur. C. Clarke   An Atlantean Construct is a device which allows a user to activate Atlantean technology. The main component of most AtCons is the Ethereal Program Device (EPD), or the Word. Theoretically, it's based on the user declaring their will and imposing it upon reality around them. More effectually, a construct is created which both stores energy and releases the result, like most advanced technological devices - think of a flashlight. From an external perspective, it may seem to skip a few steps and that's what makes it advanced.    Atlantean Constructs are ostensibly Psi-Tek (see Psionics), devices which are activated by some level of psionic ability in the user.    The most important Atlantean Construct is the Crystal Mind.
