Benefits
Once per Decision phase of the nation turn, you may form army units as per the Create Unit action, but the troops must be recruited from your followers. The sum total levels of all units created with this action cannot exceed an amount based on your proficiency in Diplomacy: up to 7 for expert, up to 15 for master, and up to 30 for legendary. Forming these units does not require a Soldier check, and are immediately available for active duty in the same Decision phase. Mark these units as "Retinue", and reduce their Wealth consumption to 1/4 of their normal value (this does not stack with the Wealth reduction from recruiting from followers). These units gain a +1 advantage on morale checks when part of an army where you are acting as its commander. If you are the unit leader of one of these units, only that unit gains the advantage to morale checks. Each time you use this talent, you can reform your units or disband them. The units come equipped with basic melee weapons; other resources may be purchased normally.
