The Hálsgor ((hals-gore))
The Cold Hand of Laelinheim exact a price from those indebted to them, whether they want to pay it or not. Any who cannot repay the Cold Hand for their services adequately are subjected to vicious beatings before parts of their very bodies are taken as alternative payment.
Lifelong Cold Hand members wear the hálsgor, a necklace of teeth. Strung along its length are trophies taken from Norveraadi beasts as well as teeth taken from their debtors. They are worn as both a threat and a warning - that any who consort with them know who they are dealing with, and should their teeth add to a Hand's collection, "they have none to blame but themselves."
