The Harvesters
To be unlucky enough to run into a Harvester is a fate some consider worse than death. Harvesters will dissect, dismantle, and then redistribute your cybernetic parts after kidnapping you and putting a bullet in your skull. They make their business selling used augments at half the price to those too desperate to purchase what they need at trusted dealer. Harvesters have eyes all around the city and often communicate the best hotspots for Augs around, similar to how bees tell their bee friends where all the best pollen is.
While most Harvester sects can trace their roots back to Brazil, most of them are at odds with one another. Similar to how corporations will compete to have the most appealing price, Harvesters will try and convince their potential buyers that their product is more reliable and cheaper than the next Harvester over, either by talking fast or by being very persuasive with a pistol.
History
Originally from Brazil, the Harvesters first started becoming a real threat in the 2020's often preying on the veterans that would come back from the war augmented but mentally broken. The first Harvester Sects sold almost exclusively to street kids and poor techno-fetishists before they were able to branch out into higher tiered buyers.
