New Harbor Area
This is not so much an area, as a pair of leviathan constructions, separated by a small canal. The Stadium is a favorite stomping ground of all sorts of violent people, and the Mallplex is the favorite stomping ground of violent people who suppress it well. The New Harbor Area overlooks the pacific ocean as columns of smoke and soot gets expelled from massive chimneys from the Wintermute Automata manufacturing plant. The boarders of the factory are heavily guarded and the rabble from the Stadium folk northward stay out as to not get shot. Most of the inhabitants of Old Downtown work at the factory as it is close by and the pay is decent enough to pay rent in the area.
Guilds and Factions
Various gangs of street kids and drug addicts wander around looking for shit to destroy. Sometimes groups of street racers break into the Stadium to race around the field.
