Traveler's first respite
"You ride through the fields and farmlands for some time before you decide to take a look back. The city looks strangely small from this distance. Especially against the background of the immense jungle. The day is hot, but luckily the sky is clear. There won't be a rain today. You continue on. At the end of the day you are still among the farmlands. You know from your previous travels that it will take you another day to get out in the wild. You stop to spend the night at the inn that is situated next to the road. It's called "Traveler's first respite". A name fitting the location. As before the merchant pays for your rooms and you are to watch over the caravan in turns. This time your shift is towards the midnight." - Excerpt from Faded Haven Archives
