The First Quarter, Citadelis
THE FIRST QUARTER
The most calm of all of the districts, this is where the most wealthy of citizens live in a neighborhood of small mansions. Even with the immediate access to the city entrance, most citizens tend to not bother visiting this Quarter unless they must visit the City Hall or City Guard. Entering from the Entrance Plaza, there is a large courtyard in front of the city buildings that also includes the Citadelis Stables. Behind this courtyard are rows and rows of dwellings that hold's Atithe's elites. Because of its proximity to the City Guard, it is heavily patrolled and crime rarely happens; if it does, the offenders are caught almost immediately.LOCATIONS
- Citadelis Stables: A well maintained stable that is clearly marketed towards the wealthy travelers and citizens of Citadelis. Rates are pretty steep, but you can guarantee the safety and health of your rides.
- City Guard: A cold and hard looking building with bars on every windows and armored guards out front, the City Guard's building is clearly the security center of the city inside the large circular walls. This building hosts the City Guard's barracks, the jail cell, and a crime reporting room and officer's offices.
- City Hall: The City Hall is a long red brick building nestled against the inner walls of Citadelis. Large columns support the roof in front of a marble staircase. The round part of the building is home to the offices of the city's elected officials, lawyers, judges, and the mayor. The long half of the building is four small courtrooms with one large, eloquent court room for more serious and political cases.
- Housing District: The Housing District is where the middle and upper class citizens of Citadelis live, such as the scientists, researchers, and agents of the Atithe Center. The Housing District is simply long rows of houses, some of which are duplexes and some single-family. Wells dot the streets every few houses, although a lot of the houses have wells inside their residences.
- Mayor's Mansion: A larger house than most others, this building looks exceptionally upkept with its red bricks and regal architecture. Owned by Mayor Avlock Lulen.
