Naka-Hara
Naka-Hara, Goddess of Life
Naka-Hara is the goddess of life and twin to Haku-Mura, the god of death. Together they govern the process of how things are born, grow and die. Naka-Hara is said to create new souls in the Aether, and place them into newborn mortal vessels. The Aether is said to be an unseeable place where the souls of the unborn wait to be placed upon the earth by Naka-Hara, who allows physical and mental growth in all aspects of life afterward. Naka-Hara is often depicted as a winged multicolored serpent made from flowing clouds and mist, whose body constantly changes shape and color. Naka-Hara is often depicted as the most benevolent and social of all the gods of Quintalasism, who often intermingled with mortals during the Age of Faith. Her godly powers mainly comprised of complete control over nature and the elements within, as well as manipulation of mental faculties and emotions.
